The health and safety of our clients, partners and employees is our top priority. As questions and concerns arise as a result of COVID-19 (commonly referred to as Coronavirus),
Global Allure is continuously taking a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for our customers and staff. Below you see some of the measurements we have been implementing;
* Reducing the number of staff/drivers inside office.
* Passengers capacity during COVID-19 are approximately 50% of normal * All vehicles and equipment are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before and after each transfer.
* Minimize the number of vehicles shared by chauffeurs to limit the spread of the virus between different users of the same vehicles where possible.
* Ensuring drivers have access to appropriate disinfectants, hand sanitizer, personal protective equipment,
and other material needed to clean high touch surfaces in their vehicles and implement recommendations made in these guidelines.
* A thorough cleaning of vehicle interior surfaces with disinfectant wipes is conducted following each ride.
* All company working areas are cleaned and disinfected daily with disinfectants that have a Drug Identification Number (DIN).
A DIN is an 8-digit number given by Health Canada that confirms it is approved for use in Canada.
* Mandatory mask and gloves for drivers
* Global allure has the right to refuse any passenger that are showing any COVID-19 symptoms.
* We require all passengers to wear a face mask to protect the health of our employees and the other passengers in the vehicles. Furthermore, we have instructed all employees to seek medical attention immediately if they feel unwell, and we do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances until further notices.
You may notice some changes to your regular service as a result of these precautions, such as the removal of all printed and reading materials from the seat-back pockets,
the cessation of candy, mints, water or beverage offerings that are not individually packaged or sealed, unless requested,
to limit all physical material sharing between passengers and drivers wherever possible. We are also providing hand sanitizer in all vehicles, please just ask your driver if you don’t see it We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to continuing to provide you with the highest level of service that you have come to expect.
